Its finally time to write my PRE TRIP report !
To the title, this is the first trip I am traveling as a solo parent , going through a divorce and finally single, taking my first cruise and turning 30 January 23rd but celebrating now since my college ceremony for graduation is on my birthday !
The cast-
Myself-Beth 29 , Student , full time Mom , and Spa Coordinator Finally ready to go back to Disney after 14 long months !
My Mom- Penny- Disney Enthusiast and now cruise lover , she took her first cruise 2 years ago and this is now her 5th one!
My Step Dad- Tom- He is along for the ride and the food
My Daughter- Madyson age 5, princess and Disney lover since Birth ! This will be her 8th trip
My son - Beau age 3, My rough boy who loves Disney and this is his 4th trip!
The big guy in orange thats the soon the be ex he will not be there!
Since my last trip I have lost 100 pounds I am very excited to be able to go on some rides and not request the "fat person" seat as I always would say.
Now the Dates:
December First Saturday Travel day, I have to go to school until 1130, then I will be grabbing the kids saying bye to my dogs and Chicago for 12 days!
Traveling on southwest to Orlando to arrive at 8 pm. Getting picked up and going to Art of animation for dinner!
December 2nd- Sunday going to Universal studios park to park and my first time riding Kong and going back to see Harry Potter world my favorite!!
December 3rd- getting on that cruise bus and headed to Port Canaveral for our 4 day Bahamas Cruise , Myself and my children's first cruise and probably last for at least 2 more years, My first Disney 5k ( castaway key 5k) and some excitement from me to get some MOM time
December 7th Friday- Arrive back from the cruise , head to POP to check in have lunch and head to MK for the MVMCP, This is a first for my children and the first time We ( my parents and I ) have done it since 2009.
December 8th- Saturday Animal Kingdom day! Fp for Navi River ( couldn't get FOP) , Lion King, and Safari
December 9th- Sunday Epcot FP for Frozen, Spaceship earth, and living with the land
December 10th- Monday Magic Kingdom- Pirate Make overs for Mady and Beau, lunch at BOG castle, Fp for Haunted Mansion,Pirates, and 7DmT
December 11th - My last day and departure day- Wake up early for Hollywood studios , Fp for Slinky dog,Star Tours, and Frozen Sing along leave HS at 630 pm for my 9:40 pm flight!
