sing a long at fortwilderness

hi, just wondering if fort wilderness still offers the free sing a long and camp fire? i think my boys would love this. did you find this worth the time away from the parks? we were just there in april and wanted to add some new things to our trip. any other ideas would be appreciated. leaving in 4 days!!!

They do still offer it. We stay at Fort Wilderness every time we go- at least once a year- and my children love the campfire program! We have to go at least one night our of the week while we are there. It usually starts around sunset- they do a sing a long and campfire to roast marshmallows ( bring your own and sticks- or you can buy some at the trading post). Chip and Dale come every night too! Then there is a movie under the stars. Here is the link to find out what movies are playing in the coming months:

Yes it does

We were just there last week

I think things change nightly - and not sure it is done on weekends....but the schedule (if I recall correctly) was....

7:30 - Fire Lighting
8:00 - Sing-a-long and meet and Greet with Chip and Dale
8:30 - Movie (College Road Trip on night we were there)

It was nice. Sort of different than the normal experience. Not sure we'd do it again, but all of our party enjoyed it.
