...I saw that in a supermarket ...in a big can ...and then thought, "Citrus + Can = Bleech"! ...and passed on it. Maybe that's why it was like $1.00 / can?

Who actually makes it? Anyone know?

Citrus World Inc. - who happen to own Florida's Natural among other brands.

Citrus World's original brand is Donald Duck, licensed under an agreement with Walt Disney Co. dating back nearly 50 years. The plant's large water-storage tank alongside U.S. Highway 27 bears a portrait of the famous duck, and many locals refer to Citrus World as the Donald Duck plant.
Although it is not a heavily advertised brand, Donald Duck frozen-concentrated juice is still popular along the Eastern Seaboard and on the West Coast. Sales increased about 22 percent in 1993, company officials said.
The company also recently acquired several other regional brands, including Adams, which is marketed in the Midwest, and Texsun, which is sold mainly in Texas and adjacent states.
About eight years ago, Citrus World bought the famous Bluebird brand from the former Southern Fruit Distributors Inc. in Orlando.
Bluebird canned juice is sold throughout the world at cafeterias and other food-service settings and in vending machines
