For months i've been having problems with both of these pc games. for some reason they just won't work! between Oct. and Dec. of last year, we got a virus on our computer and ended up having to delete everything and reload everything. which that included Windows and the whole nine yard....anyway, i got Sim Theme Park for Christmas and it played fine. when school started back up i didn't have time to play anymore. so around May i tried to play both, but neither one will do anything. i stick in the cd and a little screen will pop up with several options (as is normal) and when i push "Play Game" it'll load in so far and then go to a blue screen saying abunch of technical stuff (i know, real helpful, but i can't make heads or tails of what it says) and then "Press any button to..." then whatever it says. i thought it could be one of two problems...1. memory. that isnt' the problem because we tripled our memory here recently and nothing changed. 2. video card. we have the most recent version of Direct X, and in the SimCoaster manual, it says that in the video section it should say "Certified: Yes" instead mine says "Certified: No". so i'm wondering is there anyway i can correct this? and if so, how? i went to Microsoft.com and looked at theirs that i can download, but it said something about not being able to delete it once downloaded, and that kinda scared me off. any tips you can give would be greatly appreciated!
