I'll be visiting Busch Gardens Tampa for the first time in June, and was wondering if anyone has taken the shuttle from Sea World to Busch? If so, how exactly does it work and how was the trip? Thanks!

I know this is not the answer you want, but hopefully it will help. We went for the first time last July and setting up the shuttle ride was very, very easy. We did decide, though, to drive instead because we wanted the flexibility and we were glad that we did. It started pouring down around lunch time and tons of people left (the park had been super crowded). We stuck it out and after about 1/2 an hour of waiting under an awning, the rain stopped and we had the park to ourselves. We ended up staying much later than the last shuttle and we left the park completely happy with the time we had gotten to spend there.

For what its worth i'm going back a few years, so this may have all changed.

Being in the UK, I am not comfortable driving long distance in the US, so we resorted to the easy option of doing the shuttle bus.

It was $5 each return, which seems ok, but the bus kept making multiple stops, even changed driver, before heading out of Orlando at roughly the same time the park opened.

Basically, by the time we got there, it took about 1hr 45min, which was lost on our visit. We also had to be back on the bus before the park closed. We was not happy losing valuable park-time to unneccessary delays and premature return departure time.

As I said, it was a few years ago and this my have all changed.
