Shuttle Launch 14th February

Last night i was very excited to find that when i visit Disney from February 13th to the 23rd and Space Shuttle Endeavour is launching on the 14th. Has anyone here seen a shuttle launch at Kennedy space centre and is it worth it? How do i go about getting tickets? Thanks.

But you're out of luck if the launch gets postponed.

I am concerned it could be postponed but if it is it doesnt matter, i will still have a great time!

I think everything is iffy on shuttle launches. Wonder if they will launch Endeavor before the one they just postponed indefinitely? Things have been kind of quiet so haven't heard anything too promising lately.
Even if there is no launch a trip to the Visitors center is a pretty good day.

Pah Atlantis delay seems to have killed my hopes of seeing a shuttle launch ahh well still got the world to look forwrd to

I have seen 2 shuttle launches but I have not seen one from Kennedy Space center. I have a little issue with throwing down that much cash for the family to go for a launch to be scrubbed and be out of luck and the money. The last launch I saw was from Space View park which is free. Granted you are closer to the action at Kennedy but the atmosphere at Space View is great and you are only out time if the launch gets cancelled. At Space View park the audio from mission control is broadcast over the loud speakers and there are a number of food and souvenir vendors there.
