Shows during off season?

I've read that DL doesn't have shows regularly during the off season. I'm planning to go Sunday, November 11 to Thursday, November 15th but I really would love to see the Fireworks and Fantasmic (I hear they're better at DL) and most importantly World of Color. Should I switch my dates?

Fireworks and Fantasmic! usually only play on the weekends during off season. Veterans day weekend will probably have shows on Remember and Fantasmic! on Monday the 12.

The exception to that is Believe in Holiday Magic which is presented every night during the holidays. World of Color also shows every night regardless of season.
