Should I wait?: A different kind of Economy question

So, I'm planning on booking my trip for the first week of February this weekend. The airfare for that week just dropped by about 33% so I decided that after saving for two years, I should jump on this opportunity.

But, now I'm worried. With the collapse of the economy will I be missing out on any deals or offers by booking now that may be offered in the near future.

Does anyone have an recollections or experience with how Disney has provided incentive to visit during rough economic times? Or, do they just trust that enough people will come to keep them up and running and just cut back on shows and refurbs?

Anyone have an thoughts or advice?

I've changed my reservations several times (over the course of several trips). I would book what I originally wanted, then, as new deals came out, I would call, give them the info I found and make whatever change was needed. I never had any problems doing this. The people at Reservations were always very nice about making adjustments for me. I say book now, then if you see a better deal, call them and change.

Book now with Kingdom Konsultants. If any discounts come out that you qualify for Kingdom Konsultants will automatically rebook you at the discounted rate. If you book on your own you will have to keep track of all of it and rebook yourself.

Many of the online sources are telling people to expect deep discounts in '09.
