My first thought was that it would not be ok as it looks more like a bike with shade then a stroller. And then there are the pedals that stick out of the sides.  I wouldn't spend the money on it unless you would use it at home.  And unfortunately Guest Services could say one thing and the CMs at the park say the opposite.
