I am asking this question for feedback before I do it since I am not done with the park yet. I got the idea from Tokyo Disneysea having a hotel inside the theme park itself. I decided to look at taking the concept from having an outdoor theme park with a hotel inside of it to having an indoor theme park with a hotel inside of it.

The reason I am looking at doing it in this case is because of size of the area of The Disney Resort and the location of the theme park automatically needs to be an indoor theme park without closing it from November to April. The location is capable of being below zero as a high for a day during the winter.

Doing a monorail system from the hotel to an indoor park isn't a good idea in this case since the location of the land is in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The problem with a Monorail System is the potential of snow on the tracks overnight from around mid to late November to possibly April.

The size of the land is 223 acres, but only around 190 acres is serviceable, and doing a 2nd theme park is out of question considering the fact there is only 30 more acres able to be used than what Walt Disney Bought for Disneyland.

This land actually is an old Greyhound park that has been out of business since late 2009 that hasn't been used since.

The Indoor Park in question is called Disney's land of Adventure. This indoor theme park will not have rides that in Disneyland and Disney World. The best way compare it isn't Magic Kingdom, but think of it as similar to Universal's Island of Adventure.

I do have a total 9 lands planned. I am not big on 6 of the land from a hotel standpoint mixing in with a land including a jungle themed land with Tarzan and Jungle Book.

The locations off hand I would consider put a hotel inside the park is Arendelle and one at American wild Frontier. American wild Frontier would have attractions Lewis and Clark Wild Expedition, Davey Crockett, and Great Gold Mine Escape. A hotel in the theme in the American Wild Frontier Land would be in the the early 19th century to mid 19th century.

Adding a hotel in an Arendelle land should be perfect from a theme standpoint since you are dealing Arendelle itself including the town.

Wisconsin Disneyland? I wonder what the food's like.

What the original poster is referring to - the closed dogtrack was supposed to be a Hard Rock Casino and that just got shut down by the governor - I live a mile away.

Anyway, Wisconsin food = cheese, brats beer & more cheese.

PS: Kenosha already has a castle... the world famous Mars Cheese Castle! ;)

You are correct, I went to the closed Dog Track a couple times when it was open. When I heard the governor shut down the planned Hard Rock Casino, I thought of a Disney theme park right away.

For food, you forgot about frozen custard.

There also is the award winning kringle from O&H Danish Bakery. I have been to the World Famous Mars Cheese Castle before.

That property needs something. I was sad to see the Governor turn the casino down - the Menomonie offered to even pay for the new stadium in MKE which would take taxpayers off the hook for it.

So it continues to sit, as an eyesore. Would love for some big recreation attraction there - it's the perfect location.

Oh yes - O&H Kringles are amazing and we live 1/2 mile from Culvers. I'm low carbing so I haven't had either in awhile. I've lived here 10 years (near Culvers - I could walk there), and only ate there 2-3 times. My favorite food place is Tenuta's - it's an institution.

I already have some plans with the food for Wisconsin Disneyland. There would be a fried Cheese Curd stand since cheese curds are well known in Wisconsin.

There would be some restaurants from different cultures is Wisconsin Disneyland that is based on Wisconsin. Wisconsin has German, Polish, Asian, Italian restaurants,

I have plans of a Supper Club. Wisconsin has Supper Clubs and I have been to Supper Clubs in Wisconsin before including a Supper Club that Robert Downey Jr. actually went to. The Supper Club would have fish fries on Fridays. Fish Fries is a Friday tradition in Wisconsin. The Supper Club would also have steaks, pork, veal, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian for main entrees.

Wisconsin Disneyland would have a custard stand similar to Kopp's Frozen Custard in terms of having 2 different flavors of custard, along with serving stuff like burgers, sundaes, and melts. Here is a Flavor forecast of Kopps: https://www.kopps.com/flavor-forecast
