Easter Sunday! the CSR has a easter party planned in the morning for the kids with Minnie and Mickey and the Easter Bunny, I guess all the other resorts did too. It was crowded but fun, we got the little boys pictures with Mickey and Minnie, this btw is their first trip to WDW and naturally the first time they met any characters. They were shy, but did great ! We did the candy hunt and decorated cookies , then headed to the Pepper Market to meet the girls for a late breakfast, then off to BB for water park fun ,. BB was fantastic as usual, we had so much fun it was sunny and 80 for most of the day and clouded over in the late afternoon as we were leaving. We met my sister's family there and let the older kids run off and have fun with my bil , we headed to the kiddie area and I am blanking out on its name. anyways, they had so much fun there!! We went to the table area for lunch and met up with everyone, had the ususal hotdogs, fries , chicken fingers. My hubby left to go ride Summit Plummit with the teens and bil. My sister and I went back to the kiddie park with the little guys. After that we went to the picnic tables to get drinks and get the 2 yo to rest a little. They met up with us and I went with the 3 yo to ride the family raft ride with hubby , girls in one raft and bil and kids in the other, my sister watched the baby. They left me and 3yo and I went back to get the 2 yo and I pushed them around the park in the stroller while they drank tons, we stopped for a snack, then back just in time to meet everyone to head to my sisters condo for Easter dinner with my parents. Nice day:sohappy: Monday is MK day, they have EMH, but we are too late to use them, we are slow going at times, we meet bil and sister and kids at MK and start the day, we rode Buzz while girls and bil and nephew ride SM. We meet them and head over to FL to get FP for Splash. after that over to AL to ride JC then Potc we have lunch at Pecos Bills, it is good , we were very hungry. My husband and I take the little ones on Alladins magic carpet and on the WDW railroad and then meet everyone for Splash, they did the haunted mansion. The park is very crowed and the wait is long for everything. It is getting colder as the sun goes down and I forgot to bring coats or sweatshirts, it is so cold the store there at splash mountain sells out of sweatshirts except in baby sizes!! I bought a beach towel to wrap around the stroller.:hammer: This , I believe is punishment for making fun of my sister for bringing coats 8 years ago when her kids were in the double stroller when it was so hot that it never got below 75 degrees even at midnight. Oh well, The little kids fell asleep after a dinner of chips and ice cream
. I hoped they would wake up and eat dinner with us before Wishes but they slept through dinner and Wishes too!!!!!! We were going to do the FL rides now , but they missed them too. I can't forget to mention the worst part of the day, during the Spectromagic parade we were still in FTL and it was so packed people couldn't move during the parade, I had the little ones in the stroller, asleep mind you and people ,2, tried to actually jump the stroller to get to Splash for their FP time. Now it is about 55 degrees so naturally there is NO WAIT for Splash!! I was pretty mad to say the least:fork: . The parade was wonderful!, I am sorry the little ones missed it. Before the parade everyone rode BTMRR but my sister and the little guys and me, only a 5 min wait. After Wishes we leave , they slept through leaving the park, the wait for the bus,which was looong and cooold and through the bus ride, and to the rooms! Next is Typhoon Lagoon !!Next day Tues, we eat (Pepper Market) and head to Typhoon Lagoon to meet up with sister's family, TL is CLOSED, full to capacity come back after 2pm!!!!!!!!!!!
We go to my sister condo and spend the day there at the pool, we had a great day, the next day I am sad to say was wasted at Islands of Adventure
. We head home after that and dream about our next trip and begin planning!! Thanks for reading!!
