Shops at 4th of July

We are arriving at Orlando in the afternoon of 4th of July (after a looong trip from Europe).
We are planning to have our dinner at Cheesecake Factory at The Mall of Millnenia.

Do you know if the shops and the restaurants are open that day?

Based on past experience, yes - the Mall of Millenia and restaurants will be open on the 4th of July.
