That they do!

Take I-4 East (towards Orlando) to 528 East(towards Cape Canaveral) (Bee Line Expressway/Beachline). Then take the exit for the Florida Mall. Its maybe 5 or so miles down 528 from Sea World.

If I remember correctly (though I am not sure as i never really took the busy) the CP Bus system will go to the Florida mall on select days of the week.
