Shipping packages to resort

I know that you can ship items ahead to your resort, but I can't find the posts at the moment. Can anyone share tips for how to make sure my package gets to my destination? We are staying at the Caribbean Beach. I would appreciate it if someone could share the "shipping" address to save me a phone call. Also, what's the best way to ship Fed Ex, UPS? This is our first trip with an infant and I want to ship diapers, formula, etc.

I shipped a couple of boxes last Christmas to the Polynesian, and we're sending stuff again this year to WL. We used UPS and they were great. We'll be using them again. I was given a tracking number for our boxes, so I was able to see online when they made it to the hotel. The most important thing to have on it is your name, reservation number and arrival date. I did something like: To: Disney's Polynesian Resort
Blah, blah, blah
Lake Buena Vista, FL
Hold for guest: My name
Reservation #: xxxxxxxx
Arriving on: Dec. 19, 2007


When we checked in, the CM told me the boxes were there waiting for me before I could even ask!
Check Allearsnet.com for the CB's address. Or, as you said, you can call Disney to ask. Hope this helps!

Yes, did the exact same thing a few weeks ago. Shipped down lot's of snacks, cereal, and other breakfast items. Box weighed 26lbs. We arrived late Tuesday. I shipped it UPS Wednesday. Got there in plenty of time. I'll do it again on our next trip down.
