"Shingles" from GF Gingerbread House

Does anyone know if I can buy the gingerbread "shingles" from the GF Gingerbread house by mail order? It would be a great gift for my Dad who loved them. Thanks and Merry Christmas!:xmas:

I don't know specifically about the Grand Floridian but they were selling gingerbread snowflakes at the Beach Club (next to the carousel) this year.

I did the same thing. :lol: It was horrible and I love gingerbread! One bite and it hit the garbage.

Same here, I love gingerbread but not those. I have one in my fridge from 2007! I didn't want to eat it so I kept it to make DW crazy.

I told my DW as soon as we book our next trip I will "take care of it" I am in the planning stages of our next trip now so maybe Christmas Eve I'll do it.

Yeah, you dont really want to eat them, they start baking those pieces around August I do believe. Id much rather have one that they sell out of it, than one off of the structure.

Yeah, these are the packaged ones they sell inside of the house. They're nasty. My guess is they bake all those in August when they're putting the house together and just sit in the back. I remember, I hadn't had gingerbread in quite some time, but as soon as I took a bite out of it I said "Something's not right here." My wife thought I was nuts so she took a bite. She couldn't even swallow it. She went to the nearest trash can and spit it out.
