I've been trying to book the Pirates and Pals Fireworks cruise for Nov. 2 (dd's b-day) since the 90 day mark (last week). I call EVERY day and EVERY day I'm told they are offering it for that date, but not booking it yet. And nobody can tell me WHEN they will accept reservations for November. :brick:
I'm having visions (nightmares) of calling Disney every day for 45 days or more trying to book this thing. And while I LOVE the music they play on hold it's only on about a 2 minute loop so I have heard it a lot. I have a complete dancing-while-sitting-on-hold routine choreographed to it. (we all deal with stress in different ways)
And, of course, this trip is a surprise for my kids so I have to sneak off and sequester myself. And all you moms out there know that Mom On The Phone In Private is a situation not tolerated well by children.
Planning a Disney vacation is usually one of my
favorite things to do - but between having to make ADR's before the calendar was out and trying to book this cruise...well, Disney you sure are making it difficult for a hardcore planner.
