Shareholder confusion.....

Can any of the UK shareholders advise me please? With the delisting of the shares from one board and relisting on the other, can anyone advise me of the best way to proceed? I was going to pay Eurodisney £23 to change them over but I want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
