According to Wenweipo, the chinese newspaper, Central Government of China has already given the final approval for Disney Theme Park in Shanghai.

There will be an official Press Conference for the deal that Shanghai Disney Theme Park will be coming in 3 years!!!!!

The capital structure is similar to HKDL, that is, 57% Government 43% Disney.

Initial Investment RMB 24.4 billion
8 times larger than HKDL

Initial Ticket Price : RMB 300

Gracier Peak? Either someone in WDI working on the China project is extremely mischevious, or that is a typo.

As for Shanghai Disneyland, that has been rumored for so long, and so many times over by so many government sources who really shouldn't have been saying anything, that I will only believe it once I read about it on CNN or Fox News via an official Disney press release.
