Yes the ADR system is the same though I have called the restaurant directly and was able to make a reservation.
Also rarely have I seen Mangino's and the Garden Gallery super busy for dinner or lunch so you may be able to just walk up and be seated however the breakfast buffet at the Garden Gallery tends to be crazy busy so you may want to make an ADR just in case if possible. I do not believe that a reservation is needed for Evergreens, it is just a sports bar and grill so I think its open seating.
