Seven Sea's Lagoon Mystery

I was looking at Seven Seas Lagoon on Google Maps. When i took a closer look at the Islands on the Lagoon i noticed some strange objects in the middle of one of them.

I was wondering if any of you knew what they are or could be.
The co-ordinates are 28.412271,-81.581985 if you paste that into the search bar of Google Maps it should locate them.
