Sesame Street Hotel (New York City's new hotel in Times Square)

Since @Orange Cat 2 is dealing to do The Muppets Resort at WDW project. I made a new project for a new Sesame Street-themed hotel in New York City's Times Square. It'll be called:

HOTEL RESORT:

It will have a indoor 4D theater called Sesame Street Cinemas, a indoor waterpark themed called Elmo's Splashwater Works, a large playground called Big Bird's Pirate Adventures, a cookie themed maze called Cookie Monster's Cookie Factory, a indoor roller coaster themed to Super Grover called Super Grover's High-Speed Sky Soaring Adventures. A dark ride called Street Mission, a interactive shooter dark ride where guests help Detective Grover solve a mystery, a clone ride of PortAventura Park.

meet & greet characters will meet the guests for staying their rooms for their vacation in NYC like Big Bird, Elmo, Grover, Cookie Monster, Bert & Ernie, Abby, Oscar the Grouch, Count Von Count, Zoey, and more.

I feel like references to other CTW shows (such as The Electric Company) would really make the hotel pop better, and make it more fun to observe.

I'd love it if the Quick Service food court was like the old food court at Caribbean Resort. This way you feel like you're eating on Sesame Street.

Their version of Shutters could even have a Character Meal.
