Seralago Hotel & Suites?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever stayed at the Seralago Hotel & Suites near Old Town? We are considering this for our next trip. Even though it is a 2 star hotel, it has got good reviews with 1 or 2 bad reviews(par for the course) But I would like to know If anyone has stayed there most recently...I know the rooms are being renovated. Give me your impressions. It seems like a great hotel to save money for a decent room for sleeping and showering!

I stayed at the Seralgo for one night a few years ago (2009 I think). It was ok. It was in need of renovation so things may have changed. I stayed on our arrival night. In my opinion at that time, it was fine for a one night stay. I was looking forward to checking out. I was not a fan of the place. They may be better now if they are being renovated. I use tripadvisor to get an idea of what to expect.
