September visit questions

Hi

Me and my girlfriend will be visiting DisneyWorld in early september and had a few questions as it will be out first time going, any help is much appreciated.

- How much spending money is ideal for a two week visit (we're on the standard disney dining plan and have reservations for most of our chosen restaurants already, park tickets etc already paid for also)

- As we're travelling from the uk I don't particularly want to bring a big wad of cash with me so how accesible are cash machines and do they take UK cards?

- Whats the best way to travel to non disney parks, we;ll be doing Universal, IOA, Sea World and Discovery cove

If you are staying at a Disney resort there is no need to carry cash at all. You room key can be linked to your debit/credit card and be used all over Disney Property.

The easiest way is by cab, but that can get pretty costly. Renting a car tends to be the lower priced option and it still has the freedom of a cab.

It is done automatically when you do online check in. If not, it will be done when you check in at the resort.

^^^^^ @Master Yoda is quite right, but with going to other non-Disney parks I'd bring about $200 or so USD just to play it safe. A most magical welcome to you and may you have a wonderful trip.
