September 2019 Suggestions?

Hey guys! My wife and I are planning a trip in September 2019 and bringing along my sister and her fiancee as a wedding gift. We're DVC members and will most likely be going with Saratoga Springs or Old Key West but was curious what week would be best crowd wise and such? I imagine most, if not all that month should be lighter since schools are back in session. Any help would be appreciated!

Depends on StarWars land. They are saying autumn 2019 opening. I can only imagine it will a mad house after it opens.

That's true. Luckily, the wife and I will already be returning in January 2019 so if it's open and nuts there, we'll at least be able to experience it at a much more leisurely pace than in the fall although I'll obviously be braving the crowds for it regardless
