Sept. park hours and parade times

Planning vacation in Sept (first time with kids 2, and 5) only my 2nd time to WDW. We have asked when hours of parks might be and also what parades will be on which day. I know some of the parades show everyday and others (along with fireworks) show on select days. Trying to loosely plan which parks we will be going to each day so we don't spend all of our time running back and forth to different parks!!!

I would also like to know the hours so that we could start planning the same thing. We'll be there September 6 - 10 at the CBR and were planning on visiting MGM, Epoct .....and (maybe) MK. :king:

I've searched :brick: everywhere I know of and I don't think that they have posted the September hours yet, but maybe someone here might have a clue maybe. :D

No replies (other than yours). I asked a cast member when we called with various other questions and it seems to be like the month before they post the hours. And I was hoping to go ahead and call on the character breakfast and other activities and book them now. Even though Sept. is supposed to be slow I want to be sure to do certain things. Guess we will just have to wait and see!

they say september is an awsome time to go......my family used to go down around labor day.....

hours are shorter.....if u want an idea u can check here...these were the Sept. times last years...

I had seen last year's hours, and sort of tried to start planning around that, but then decided that I might not better do that based on the fact that this is the 100 year celebration and there could be some differences especially since E-Ride Nights might be in jeopardy also :( .

Maybe they will post the September hours next week since it's the beginning of a new month!!! :sohappy:. If so, then we can definitely set down some plans in stone next week.

They haven't even posted the August Hours yet. That site kinda guesses at the August hours based on what they are now, but I don't trust them. If anything, hours will be extended.

yeah I agree.....were going in August and that was the only site we could get an estimate on times..I'm hoping they'll add a couple shows FiS and SpectM the week I'm there......

unfortunatly the last week.....we've never seen SpectroM...but its only playing the night we get there...which is a pain because my friend only bought a 5 day pass......and we weren't planning to go to WDW that day....but oh well.....u live and learn.....

Digging up a seven year old thread is probably a bit over the top... :lol:

But:

August hours should be up soon. They currently post three months' hours plus the month you're in, so they have this month plus three shortly after the beginning of the month. I've seen it posted anywhere from the first to the fifth of the month.

A warning though: Even after the hours have been posted, they are subject to change. So make your plans, but check the hours every now and then and be prepared to make adjustments.
