Separate flights = Separate Transportation Packets?

So, our trip is in exactly a month and earlier this week I received the transportation packet, but it only has vouchers/luggage tags for myself, my sister and my brothers. We're all flying together and then our parents are flying together on another airline. So my question is, if people in the party are flying different airlines do they send out separate packets? I figure if I don't get another one tomorrow I'd call.

DME sends one tag per person on a reservation. Are you all booked in one room? If it's different rooms, it's different reservations, so the packages would be sent separately.

I'm guessing by the number of people you mention that you're in more than one room.

No, we're all in one room at Arts of Animation. The four of us flying in on Air Tran got our luggage tags and bus vouchers, but the two that are flying Delta weren't in the envelope.

OK, in that case they've messed up your info. Call DME at 1-866-599-0951 and have your resort reservation number and the DME package you received handy. They'll be able to send you tags for the two that are flying Delta. I don't think they will, but you can ask that they send them direct to your parents. Officially, everything gets shipped to the primary on the resort reservation.

You should make sure they have your parents' flight details on file as well.

They send the stuff by FedEx, so if you call soon you should still have time.

If the tags for your parents still don't get to them in time, all is not lost. Have them take digital photos of their bags as they're leaving and print them if they are able. Then when they arrive at MCO, they can go to the DME check-in counter and let the CM there know what their bags look like [the digital photos help, but aren't necessary] and show them the claim tags and DME will still retrieve their bags for them and deliver them to your room.
