Separate Airfare?

If I book a package on the Disney site, but want to book air separately (I have $150 worth of credits on Jetblue), can I still arrange for the ground transportation to/from Orlando airport thru Disney? I don't see that the air credits can be applied on the Disney site. Thanks!

Call Disney and they will add you flight info to your reservation. Make sure you do it in time so they can send you the info for Magical Express.

Would Disney charge you a fee for adding the airfare after the hotel/theme park tickets were booked?

You don't have to book flights through Disney- honestly, you'll get better prices if you don't! You just need to sign up for Magical Express to be connected to your reservation- it's free.
