Sending Christmas cards from Main Street

Anyone know if USPS stamps anything special on the letters that are sent from the mailboxes around WDW?

I have mailed things to relatives from various WDW resorts, and there has never seen a distinctive postal marking on any item. I have never mailed anything from an actual theme park.

No, although you can send mail from the theme parks, unfortunately, the postal stamp will not say Disney World or Magic Kingdom or anything like that.

If you go to Guest Services, they can stamp your mail with a Magic Kingdom insignia, but I don't think there are any special stamps to mail with...make sense?

I didn't know about Guest Services at MK but I do know unfortunately, items mailed on Main Street (or other postal boxes on property) just have generic Orlando postmarks. I wish there was a WDW postmark but sadly, there's not.

Thanks, MissM! That's the word I was looking for! At Guest Services, they stamp your envelope with a special postmark (not good for mailing anything...it's just decorative).

You could always take a quick cruise over to Castaway Cay and get them postmarked from there
