Sending a Resume to Disney

I am considering sending my resume to the "world". I was just wondering if anyone has sent a resume to Disney, and if so, how you taylored it to "disney world"?

I imagine you want to make it stand out, yet at the same time appear professional and concise.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I guess it would depend what kind of job you are looking for, but I would suggest going there for the interview. (call the job line and set up your interview time about 2 weeks in advance) That is what I did. I even had a resume all ready to go, but my recruiter did not even ask to see it.

I said the only 3 that I would take would be Tower of Terror, Great Movie Ride, or The Jungle Cruise. (Jungle Cruise has been my dream since I was 10!) ...I am a Jungle Skipper. :) :) :) He didn't even need to see my resume. I have a a huge resume with just theatrical experience alone, so I was thinking that would help me get either of those roles, but I didn't even need it! What role are you interested in? and How old are you and where are you coming from?

I don't reccomend sending a resume in, only because the people at Casting interview so many people every day, that (no offense) they might not bother if you're there. You're best off scheduling an appointment with a Casting Rep, and usually they don't ask for a resume, unless you're applying for like a "Digital Photographer" or other jobs that might need resumes. If you just want attractions, they'll just take you in and interview you for attractions :) Good luck!

Good luck. There are VERY VERY FEW positions in resort management that aren't filled from internal positions. It's even slimmer hopes that you'll be placed into any deluxe resort to start with, more than likely it would be Pop or the All-Stars.
