Semi Skinned milk equivilent at WDW

Hello all!

Me and my girlfriend will be travelling to WDW for the first time next year! 2 weeks in Port Orleans Riverside!

Being from the UK, we both drink semi-skinned milk and have this with our cereal. What is the American equivilent of this? What would we order at the parks and pick up at the supermarkets?

Semi-skimmed has milkfat of about 2.5% so 2% will be the closest here.
