Ballpark right now on contracts 100-150 points:

OKW2042 $80
OKW2057 $100
AKV $110
BWC $120
BCV $130
SSR $90
BLT $130
VGF $150
PVB $160
CCV $130
RVA $115
BRV $85

ROUGHLY. Smaller contracts generally cost more per point than large ones. Stripped contracts usually cost less per point than loaded. Unlike direct, resale terms are negotiable such as who will pay dues and closing costs. Use Year can sometimes increase/decrease going rates. Can be +/-$10pp depending on interest of a specific contract.

Google resale aggregator. There are several sites where you can sort all contracts currently on the market across different brokers to get an idea of value on your particular contract.

If selling I’d list it at about 5% or 10% more than what I’d be willing to let it go to leave room for negotiation.

When selling DVC points to a third-party, what is the current going rate?
Hey There!
Are you referring to splitting a contract to sell? selling full contract points forever? or selling/renting them to others for 1 points use year? (hope that makes sense)

i can help with rental, $16 a point fo home resort via DVC rental store. this can change closer to the date though.

You can’t split a contract.

Does anybody know if there has been any talk of rental rates going up? I used to sell my points on years we couldn't make it. But with OKW dues being so high and rental rates only being $16, it's not really worth it for me like it used to be. Dues and hotel prices continue to rise but the rental price has been stagnant for years. So I just end up going myself just to not lose points and not go to any parks, or I just bank them if possible. The price always confused me as to why some resorts only get $16 while others are $18. I rarely ever booked OKW for the renters when I rented out the points. It was always for a high tier resort. So why does home resort matter if that isn't where you are booking anyway?

The price is determined by the brokers. They charge renters a lot more of course, and for confirmed rentals the price per point being paid can be up to $30 per point.

Even at $16, that’s still more than the annual dues. You can always rent them yourself and ask more.
