self check in

Hello all, I did the self check in service for the lodge boulder ridge, went through the steps and completed it etc, but when I pull it back up I am not seeing the options chosen, they are just blank, does it mean it didn't take? For instance I know early check in is not guaranteed, but I clicked the box as a priority over room requests, (the only room request it gave anyway to choose was "higher floor") so I just chose "none", but did check off the box for possible earlier check in.....now however all of that is empty when I pull it back up to read over. I can't through to disney in live chat or via the phone, so figured it would be easier to ask here. Thanks

Have you tried modifying your online checkin? My online checkin said the service was down earlier today so perhaps it didn’t save? Peculiar either way!
