Really need to have a bit of a vent here, bear with me!
In January I booked for my and my fella to have the Epcot Segway Tour - Disney took my money, all was well. Recently I found out they've cancelled them, and in the last two months I've rung three times asking about it and if they're really cancelled. The lovely (and they are lovely) customer service people have told me they are not sure but someone would contact me and let me know.
So fast forward to today - the tour is supposed to be on the 21st May and I still haven't heard a thing nor recieved a refund. So I ring customer services and get passed around departments before being dropped on the answerphone of someone.
I am really quite cross now. How hard is it to let me know what's going on? It's also over $200 they have of mine that I admittedly would've happily spent on something else at Disney, but now everything is getting booked up and I don't have the money.
