See your name at the exit of IASW

I read where some people will see their names on the screen at the exit of It's a Small World. Anyone know if it's random or maybe people who've used fp+? Just curious.

It reads people's MagicBands and gets info from their MDE profile. If you're not wearing a Band, it doesn't know you're there.

When fully functional will it know everyone's names in the party, being they all have magic bands but all under only one MDE account?

Each Band points to a specific person, even if that person is a "managed by" profile under someone else's account. So if Mom controls her own account plus Dad, Jane and Jimmy, but only Mom, Jane and Jimmy go on the ride, the screens will only refer to Mom, Jane and Jimmy. It won't include Dad.
