Security or Lifeguard job

I am interested in working as a Security Guard or Lifeguard at Disney World. I read that they both have to be trained in basic First Aid, I am currently a Florida certified EMT-Basic, Would that help me get the job? Also if you apply for those positions are you gareented to get it or do they place you where they need people?
