I was purchasing the small collector kits of the Disney characters last week at WDW. They are small foil bags with 3 Mystery characters in each bag, based on a complete set of characters which are very tiny (about 1 inch or less in height. On the Villains set bag, there is a picture of Mickey as a villian which I have never seen. He had fangs, scraggly ears and a menacing apprearance. Does anyone know the history behind this character and what his name is?
