Second Universal park in California

I have an idea for a second Universal theme park in California, which would be built in order to prevent destroying the rest of the soundstages at Universal Studios Hollywood. It would be a combination of Islands of Adventure and Epic Universe, featuring lands such as Classic Monsters, Dr. Seuss, Toon Lagoon, and Jurassic Park!

The second Universal park in California would also have a Volcano Bay water park as well.
