While at Caribbean Beach today a lot of activity was happening at Sebastian’s (furniture being moved out, managers and chefs milling about) I was able to talk to one of the chefs who said theyre planning on trying to do a test run by the end of the month and are thinking about trying a family style Caribbean menu. He said that might change but that’s the current plan. Would be nice to see this venue come back as moderate resorts are supposed to include a table service option.
