Seasonal DS Question

So any current DS cast members or manager on here may be able to answer this question for me..

I currently work for Target in pretty good management role and been in retail for a good 8 years now. I am looking to pick up a small part-time job for the holidays (maybe longer if I like it and the company offers a position after holidays) to get a little extra money for my DL trip next year. Now my question is I work 40 hours a week with Target (and no required OT during the holidays, woot!) and I rotate my weekends every other weekend, so I'm off 2 weekends a month, open one, close the other of the 2 I work, how flexible is the scheduling with DS? I have worked a mall retail store before and most employees got like 2-3 days a week and that’s what I want as I make good money with Target and have no plans on leaving at this time. Target does their scheduling 2 weeks out so ideally (and I have co-workers that do this at other jobs) I could give my schedule ahead of time to the managers if they are like most retail places and do the schedule 1 week out. Can anyone clear any of this up as I would love to do a seasonal DS position rather than something that is not of high interest to me?

Oh, and this may sound stupid, but is Disney the type of company that would find Target a conflict of interest? I'm pretty sure it's not as DS is specialized products compared to like Wal-Mart or Kohls that are direct competitors of Target.

If anyone has any answers to these questions I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
