My daughter hates riding in strollers-We've tried the BOB Revolution, McClaren and the Mini City (2010) model. Not a single one that she's had (and we've returned) sits up at a 90 degree angle for her to be comfortable (= cry to get out) for more than an hour.

We currently do not have a stroller, due to the above reason, but are going next May to Disney and I would love to get some help on what other parents have bought for their stroller hater to ride around for a week at Disney. I really need some good input as I know we need a stroller for her to ride around in for our trip next year, plus one she can ride in now.

Thanks parents for your help.

We have a trendsport stroller for vacations only. it lays flat if need and is lightweight and foldes to the size on an umbrella stroller but has a full basket under for all the stuff. My son also hates strollers but we found if we take the front snack tray off and he can hop in and out he is good by not being closed in. We also decorate the stoller w/ pins we get at POP and disney vacation club spots and put stickers of mickey that they give out all over it.

Quick question: how old is your DD? My DD's hated the stroller while they were learning how to crawl and walk; always wanting to try out their newly found skills. If this is the case, that phase too shall pass.

I bought a Combi Flare 4 years ago, and not am I still using that stroller, it's made it thru two DD's (6 & almost 3 now), 4 trips to WDW, countless errands and nearby amusement park outings! We also own a Jeep umbrella stroller that made its way down to WDW once...however, my DD's like the cocoon-feeling of the Combi (anything with a larger shade).

If you have a Babies 'R Us close by, I'd recommend checking it out with your child in tow, and test-out the numerous strollers they have. You could kind of make a game of it: "let's try this one to see how fast it goes!" Or if she has a favorite toy, you could let her "push" around her lovie in the perspective stroller before she actually tests it out. The sales people there are used to it!

Good luck! I'm sure you're bound to find one!

Thanks for the input-She is two years now. I will use your game tactics next time we go stroller testing -for sure trying to get he into one without her saying "no stroller" and getting mad does not work.
