Sean Bailey is the President of Walt Disney Motion Picture Studios, in other words live action movies and he left Disney: https://deadline.com/2024/02/disney-sean-bailey-exits-david-greenbaum-searchlight-1235838865/ I guess that means it’s the end of live action remakes………….GOOD!😁😈
I wouldn't say its the end of live action remakes completely as they still make money overall. But this is more a move to add additional diverse projects to Disney Studios that hasn't been the focus over the last 15 years.

Regardless, the live action remakes might end eventually.
