Am I reading this right? I can go to SW for a week of unlimited visits for $50 (Be a Kid Again rate + Anytime special)?

You have to pay full price for the anytime option. It's not mentioned, but once at the park, when you change your ticket out, they'll make you pay the difference to a full day ticket for the anytime option.

It's still a good deal. Best deal in Otown right now.

Can you explain this? Sorry - I'm feeling a little slow tonight.:o

I just checked with Sea World about this, and they said that there is no additional fee to do it -you do not have to upgrade your tickets to full fare!

As good as SeaWorld is - seven consecutive days would leave me struggling to find things to do towards the end of the week - three visits in a week is really pushing things

Agreed, but even 2 days for 50 bucks is a good deal! And for $90, you get unlomited visits for a week for SW or Busch Gardens.

You can probably see and do all at Sea World in 2 days. 3 days is good for a lesuirely pace. I've never seen anyone stay at Sea World for 7 days. I suppose you can feed the dolphins and sea lions for 7 days!

half day passes for SW?

Hey there:wave: We're coming down over new year's and have to sort of cut and paste our plans because of room availabillity and time constraints. We're probably going to stay one night at the Renaissance across from SW and then we have reservations at the Dolphin and we were going to do Disney for two days. My question is: Is it worth it to try and do SW on the day we arrive? We'd probably get there mid afternoon and we were hoping to maybe see a dolphin show or something like that. The next day we're out early to switch hotels and do Disney for the next two days. Can you get tickets for SW for half days or just for individual shows?

/\ Sea world doesn't offer any type of ticket like that. You can easily fit all of Sea World in six hours.

I am actually going to Sea World next week with this offer. I'll probably end up going to the park for one day, since there isn't much to do there.
I believe you have to pay $7 for parking everday

Thanks

Sea world in six hours seems do-able to me. I know we won't see everything but even if we got a healthy dose of it I'd be happy. Do you know who has the cheapest tickets?

No, really, I'm not. I've never been to Seaworld and was hoping if we got in early afternoon it would be great to spend the afternoon and/or evening as SW, see a show etc. Sounds like I have no idea what I'm talking about, huh?

I suspect that Johnski is thinking of SeaWorld like a municipal zoo. The thing about SeaWorld is that a lot of what makes the experience are the shows. There are currently fewer shows a day than there were a few years ago because of the technical considerations needed for resetting the newer shows Believe (killer whales) and Blue Horizons (dolphins). Even with the previous, less technical shows, they could not run back to back like the Country Bear Jamboree or something because they have to give the animals "time off". So shows are spaced out during the day. If you go just for the afternoon, especially on a time when they are closing at 6 or 7, timing dictates that you'll only see maybe one or two of the big three shows (killer whales, dolphins, and sea lions). If you just want to walk through the animal exhibits, you can certainly do it in an afternnon, but you'll miss out on a lot of the signature stuff that SeaWorld has to offer.
