Just FYI------SW at Night ended on Labor Day. That means that there will not be any Sea Lions Tonight or Shamu Rocks until Memorial Day.

I haven't verified this yet; but also the Sesame Street Elmo show was to end on Labor Day, too. It was just there for the summer.

If you are passport holders the family show HI-5 will be offered exclusively to passport holders on Sat. and Sun. Sept. 15 & 16 at the Seaport Theater

Howl-0-Scream starts the last weekend of Sept. at Busch Gardens. Advertisement says too intense for most children. In Oct will be on 5,6,11,12,13,18,19,20,21,25,26,27,28. No costumes allowed.

Spooktacular is offered Sat. and Sundays in October at SW. Kids can wear costumes and trick or treat. Looks like some bands for kids are entertaining during Spooktacular, too.

In Nov. Jack Hannah will be at SW on 10th and 11th . Passport members can make reservations for breakfast with him. He will be at BG on the 16,17,&18th.

Holiday Celebrations at both parks begins the week of Thanksgiving.
Fireworks at BG Dec. 27-31. Not as impressive as Wishes or the Christmas ones at the Castle, but they were very good when we were there a couple years ago.

SW has them the 31st. If similar to what they did on the 4th of July, Disney's will be better IMHO. For us I think our fighting the crowds at SW would also depend on if there is a concert that night and who is there for the concert.

It's CLOSED!

I am sad to see the Clyde and Seamore Nighttime show go away until the holidays! It's the best show going in the park!

I know employees are upset now, their hours have been cut. Many were working plenty of overtime and now they're down to around 32-35 if they're lucky!
Oh well, it's just that time of year again, the time when locals go back to the parks because it's not has hot and the tourists are all at home!

During the fall, winter, and spring it is just sort of a quiet, sort of dark park where you can walk and enjoy the evening almost without seeing other people on the sidewalks. There is usually just 1 or 2 shows after 5 when the park closes at 7 and most people are in those shows so it seems that you have the park to yourself. The park is not lit brightly(sort of antigue streetlights type lighting and it is just sort of a relaxing time. if you like to ride Kracken the line is minimal in the last hour the park is open and you can ride it over and over.

During the summer the last Believe show, followed by Sea Lions Tonight, and then ending with Shamu Rocks and Mysify the park remains crowded and you have to get from the shows quickly to get good spots. The shows then are excellent end to a summer night. Well worth sticking around in the park IMHO except for Mystify. Hopefully they will replace that show soon!
