AllEars and DFB have confirmed that one of the new Festival Marketplace booths at this year's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival will be a Scotland booth. There's no word on what food items will be offered, but beer, mead and Scotch are all on the menu. A fan of Speyside and Highland whiskys, I can only hope the Scotch selection represents the country well. What do you think this new booth should feature?

Oh dear, what a headache it'll be deciding what to have on offer at the booth. Single malts and black pudding will definitely feature with, I suspect, a few beef offerings (well, we are the country that gave everyone Black Angus) and some seriously sweet desserts. Shortbread laced with caramel and chocolate would be my guess.

Neeps...Oatcakes...Tatties...Irn Bru...Lees Macaroon Bars...Scott's Porridge Oats...Tattie Scones...Scotch Pies & Mushy Peas...I would consider trying these...but Haggis...not so sure.
Thats it...Blind fold time..They are many recipes for haggis..You can get the Yuch version from a Fish & Chip shop,or the real McCoy from a good butcher..You would love it..;)
