Scavenger Hunt at Disney World

When I take my family on vacation we usually play some type of games. This time I want to do a scavenger hunt and I could use some help. Everyone "sees" things at Disney that sometimes others do not. We are going to all the parks and staying at CBR. If any of you can think of something to hunt for while at certain parks, it would be a great help. I haven't been in 7 years, so I don't want to have them look for something that isn't there anymore (like Mr Toad at Haunted Mansion graveyard). Thanks to everyone that can help me out.

See if you can find a copy of the PassPorter Treasure Hunts book from 7 or 8 years ago. I don't think it's still in print, but you can probably pick up a used copy somewhere. Some things might be out-dated since the parks are constantly changing, but it might be a good place to start.
