Saw the Space Shuttle & ISS in the sky!!

This week has been a great time for viewing the Space Shuttle and ISS in the sky. I've watched them twice!

This website is great for letting you know when they are going to fly over. Just type in your zip code and it will tell you the exact time, location in the sky, etc.

Naked eyes. Although I've read that even with binoculars, it is sometimes possible to make out the shape of the ISS.

Another great resource is if you happen to have an iPhone (or the ipod touch), is an app called "Satellite Visibility". It is very precise, and it has a countdown right down to the second that a satellite should appear in the sky. It's awesome. I was just out having pizza tonight with friends and saw on the app that the ISS would be flying over, and we all ran outside and sure enough there it was. I love technology!
