We usually book our WDW trips through CAA up here in Canada (would love to try Kingdom Konsultants, but easier this way for a variety of reasons) and it never seems like we are getting THAT good of a deal by going through them. I read on sites like this one about people saving anywhere from a couple hundred dollars to even more sometimes and it seems like the price we are given with CAA is usually pretty close to the price I get when going through the Disney website on my own.
Case in point; we booked our trip for this coming March at the local CAA a few months ago and were given a total price of $2742.02 for our family of four (wife and I and kids aged 12 and 17). That is for the 10 day magic your way hopper ticket and fun pass for all four of us and a standard room at Pop Century for March 14th to the 24th. I just checked on their site for the same vacation package at the same time and was quoted a price of $2886.58. That means we are saving $144.56 by going through CAA.
Does this seem about right? I realize we are going during our Spring Break up here and it is considered Peak Season, but I just thought we would save a lot more than that by using them.
