The Save Disney movement have made their positions a little clearer on the site. Citing their argument, and show evidence to support what they have saying, Roy and Stan, also cite a plan of action. They however, left out any mention of possible replacements.

Because they can't!!
That's the trick Roy only want Eisner out... Roy wants to the be hero that saved disney...

He always wanted to be so much like Walt, but he hasn't got (never has, and never going to have) qualities Wlat had... Goodnight Roy. Keep on dreaming...
It's a bit like presidenial elections, So much promises, but in the end.... nothing happens for the good

Roy isn't Walt Disney. But who is?

And who is willing to change Disney?

Roy does not want to be CEO. He wants to create new and NECESSARY Disney standards. He has really been the first person, along with Stanley Gold, to show forth this effort.

Who else will do it? We need to "Save Disney!"

Roy commented on the CEO issue on MSNBC:
“Well I obviously not in a position to name names, and we get asked this a lot because we know that anybody’s name that we might bring up would be so trashed quickly that we wouldn’t have a friend left. So we have plenty people out there who can do this job, but we’ll leave it at that.”

Then why didn't he do so when he had the time and still was at the office at Burbank...

I do know a few... that's the problem

I know Grizz... I know... (sigh)
But IMO you SHOULD know how it works...
Roy hasn't got the solution either... exept pleasing the majority of people who wants Eisner out aswell...
The problem lies in the fact of assigning a new CEO...
We can make guesses... We but we won't get far...
I could call out some names, but then again I love my job

There's one which would be the worst solution... but he was, don't forget, until a half a year ago always a bit "eisnerish" you know that... (in other words... No...)

There's should be another policy about keeping CEOs on the job, ie. 2 x 4 years, with an election on Mid term, or something like that... most of them get greedy after that period...

In the corridors of our departments is a lot talking going on... about when, how and most of all WHO...
One mistake making in voting for the "WHO", and the Company as we know it, could be gone...

I'm caught up between my Dreams (my job) and what I think should happen... Some of us already HAVE been warned to lay low...

And still, I don't sleep so well the last few months.
