saratoga springs

we are doing early christmas with half our family in early decmeber. we will all be staying at saratoga springs. this is the type of group that needs to be entertained. we range in ages from 82 (very young, active) to a extremely active two year old.

we will be there three days in total.

friday will be a lazy day, maybe go to a resort to see fireworks

saturday is magic kingdom

sunday is nice breakfast before some of us leave town.


so my questions is how does everyone like the two room suites at ss?

any suggestions on where to watch fireworks outside of the park on friday. in october we stayed at yacht club and loved the fireworks show from the beach. is the polynesian a good place to watch???

a great place to eat "early christmas dinner" with 9 people. mid level price to fit all budgets in hand.

The polynesian is an excellent place to watch the fireworks. If you watch from the end of the dock, they have the music piped in through speakers. (at least they used to, we have not done it for a couple of years) Check on the times for the electrical water pagent, it is usually within a half hour of the fireworks, and then you can see both from the same location.

ok so the poly is good. a good place to eat there that is mid range. also what would be a fun way to get there. mixed transport. take a bus to ticket and transport than the monorail? or a boat, anything like that, i know nothing of the poly

mid-range, I would have to say the Kona Cafe, I have not been there yet, but I have heard good reviews.

From the TTC, you can easily walk to the Polynesian, but on the resort monorail it is only one stop away.

I have a map of the Poly, if you give me your email address, I can send it to you, or you can probably find one online if you search for it.
