Sapphire Falls Question(s)

So, I was on the UOR site- looking at the floor plans of the room types at SFR. They have "kid suites" and "king suites" like the 3 deluxes (no kitchenette like CBBR family suites). The price of the rooms are not terribly cheaper than RP, but are quite a bit more than CBBR. But at RP you get EP and at SFR you do not. Who are they targeting to stay at SFR??? And what benefit does it have over CBBR? It really seems financially it would be wiser to stay at RP or CBBR. I'm pretty confused and I'm sure I'm overthinking it, but I was wondering what everyone else thought.

unfortunately even though SFR is in the preferred category you don't get the extras that RPR which is a preferred
or the premier resorts have such as Universal Express Unlimited* ride access or Priority seating at select restaurants throughout the resort

I'm staying for $145/nt for 4 nights in September. And I get a $150 dining credit. So taking that into account, it makes it less expensive than CBBR.
Not including the dining credit, it's still only ~$20/nt more than CBBR and ~$100/nt less than RPR.

The convention space is the Main reason, of course.

I still think RPR is the best value of any theme park hotel in Orlando. But sapphire falls clearly falls into a "budget" category for those that might not want to be surrounded by the cluster F worth of kids that engulf Caribbean beach. It's in that price range with less kid appeal by far (and people pay a little more to get away from kids). Regardless, they needed more hotel rooms as all the other resorts book out as is.
I was thinking it would appeal to adults without kids/honeymooners, etc, that didn't care about EP.

the "off seasons" seem to get shorter and shorter each year. Good for business though :)
Yeah, and the parks are noticeably more crowded than in years past. They aren't close to as stressed as the Disney parks, but the days of everything being a walk on are over. The good is Universal is building like crazy to keep up with the demand. The bad is 30-60 min. waits everywhere.

The secret is out.
